Frequently asked questions
Does my dog need an assessment before joining Day Care?
Yes. Before joining the group, we run a temperament assessment to understand how your dog behaves with other dogs and with unfamiliar people. This ensures everyone's safety and wellbeing.
What ages and breeds do you accept at Day Care?
We accept dogs of any breed. At Day Care, we accept dogs from 6 months of age.
We can also accept dogs under 6 months, as long as they have a complete vaccination plan and a prior assessment is carried out.
The main criterion is behaviour and the ability to integrate into a group, not the breed or size.
For classes or training, the dog can start before 6 months, subject to assessment, since this support can be done in an individual setting and often at the owner’s own home.
Does my dog need to be vaccinated?
Yes. For the safety of all dogs, it is mandatory that your dog is up to date with vaccinations, including distemper, parvovirus, hepatitis, rabies and kennel cough.
The dog must also be dewormed. We ask for the records at the initial assessment.
What are the Day Care hours?
Day Care runs during the day. The exact hours and availability of places are confirmed directly via WhatsApp, according to the available schedule.
Do I get updates about my dog during the day?
Yes. We share photos and updates throughout the day so you can follow how your dog is spending his time. Nothing beats seeing your dog happy while you work.
