Which areas does the Pet Taxi cover?
We cover Nazaré, São Martinho do Porto, Alcobaça and surroundings. For destinations outside this area, talk to us to check availability and cost.
Do you do round-trip transport?
Yes. We can pick up, wait during the appointment or grooming and bring back. Or just the outbound or just the return trip — whatever you need.
What animals do you transport?
Mainly dogs and cats. For other species, talk to us to assess what’s possible and how to ensure safe transport.
Does the animal travel in a crate or loose?
It depends on the animal and its behaviour when travelling. We have options to ensure safety in both cases. We discuss this when you book the service.
How far in advance should I book?
Whenever possible, at least 24 hours in advance. For urgent appointments, get in touch via WhatsApp and we’ll try to find a solution.
